Get ready to get your fitness on, Los Angeles! Whether your New Year’s resolution to get in shape is going great or yet to start, this Saturday and Sunday is the perfect time to get going - because the last weekend of January is when LA’s number one fitness extravaganza returns to the downtown Convention Center. Its name: The Fitness Expo.
This is one of my favorite fitness events of the year for many reasons. For starters, look at all your ticket to The Fit Expo includes: admission into the giant exhibition floor filled with the best cutting edge companies (displaying, promoting and selling fitness, health and well-being products and services), plus FREE admission to ALL competitions taking place on The Los Angeles Fitness Expo floor, as well as the FREE seminars, demonstrations and celebrity autograph sessions. Oh, and don’t forget to collect all the FREE samples!
Many of TheFitExpo exhibitors are offering super-cool products at discounted prices so be prepared for the shopping action. It’s non-stop fun for the entire family and it is ONLY $20 a day!
TO SPEED REGISTRATION it is strongly suggested that you bring EXACT CHANGE (in cash) for your group. This will keep the line moving quickly and will help get you into the expo faster. Please have your cash ready as you approach the registration booths.

Kids tickets, 12 and under, will be $10 a day at the door only.
Kids 6 and under are free.

PARKING DETAILS:
There are a number of parking options for those driving to The Los Angeles Fitness Expo. Our event is in the South Halls, so parking at the South Side Convention Center entrances are the best. The West Garages are open as well. In addition the lots at LA LIVE and the parking lots across Figueroa will be open and available. Come early and enjoy a full day with us!
